Request for Commencement of Mediation and Arbitration form

In accordance with the provisions established in the CONFICERT Arbitration Committee Rules, this Request for Commencement of Mediation and Arbitration form is made available to CONFICERT members and collaborators for the out-of-court resolution of any dispute or disagreement arising between members or between members and the Board of Directors, based on the principles of voluntariness, confidentiality, and impartiality. Prior to any legal action and before proceeding to formal arbitration (in accordance with Law 60/2003 on Arbitration), the Committee will hold hearings with the parties involved and promote a mediation phase with the aim of reaching a consensual resolution in cases of internal disputes between members or between members and the association's governing bodies, seeking to resolve such conflicts through a mediation process in accordance with Law 5/2012.
