On April 23, 2025, CONFICERT and the Spanish Wine Federation (by its Spanish initials FEV) held a meeting in Madrid with the aim of establishing institutional cooperation ties.
Representing the FEV were Trinidad Márquez and Julia Delgado, while Matías Romero (President) and Daniel González (CEO) attended on behalf of CONFICERT.
The meeting served to formally present the association and its VeG Wine brand, as well as to explore potential ways for collaboration in the field of wine certification.
CONFICERT is committed to full transparency for the end consumer, and its VeG Wine certification guarantees that vegan wines meet the principles of veganism, providing complete information about the certification process to consumers.
The meeting with FEV opens the door to expanding the reach of the VeG Wine brand, making it accessible to all wineries seeking to offer high-quality wines aligned with vegan values—values increasingly demanded by today’s consumers. It also paves the way for the development of other certification brands of interest to the sector.
