
CONFICERT, an association that promotes standards and works toward a more transparent and trustworthy business environment, announces the official launch of the Scheme Manager (SM) course, available to the public starting September 1.
This program aims to highlight the strategic role of the Scheme Manager, a key figure within a Certification Body, responsible for ensuring the integrity of certification schemes and acting as the main liaison with CONFICERT.
Throughout the course, participants will explore essential topics such as:
- The normative documents governing certification: regulations and annexes.
- Contracts, agreements, and mechanisms of collaboration with CONFICERT.
- The use of digital tools such as CERTIAPP and the Transparency Portal, which strengthen traceability and trust in processes.
Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the CONFICERT certification process, an essential competency to guarantee information transparency and the robustness of schemes that underpin confidence in products, services, and organizations.
With this initiative, CONFICERT reaffirms its mission to create, promote, and evolve globally certified quality brands as an access gate to transparent and verifiable information in labeling, advertising, and organizational management, working closely with public and private administrations, sectoral associations, distributors, retailers, and consumers.
